VIDEO CLIPS:

    "Gone Postal"
One fine Spring day, I met and sat with the director Lisa Sanow at at IFPWest function in Hollywood. By the time the event was over, we were best buddies and she had said I would be perfect for a role in her upcoming short Gone Postal. It’s a romantic/comedy and I play Lee Meriwether’s daughter Kate. The scene begins with Mom wanting to put an ad in the paper to find a date for New Year’s Eve. I’m upset about it because Dad just passed away a year ago. The short is hitting numerous film festivals across the country where you may view at www.seahawkpros.com. The highlight being at the FAIP Festival where the twenty minute short was on the big screen (where Sheila’s starlet face should always be) at the Chinese Mann’s Theater in Hollywood. I am looking forward to the challenge as the star when it becomes a feature.
Update:
“Gone Postal” will be screened at the Washington DC International Film Festival in March. See www.DCIFF.org
“Gone Postal” will be screened at The Garden State Film Festival in Asbury Park, New Jersey in April. See www.GSFF.org

"Con Games"

I reunited with an alum from college at the Beverly Hilton Hotel for an annual cocktail gathering about four years ago and ended up being in his first independent film and then come on board for his third one. I believed in this movie both for the international and domestic markets so I invested and become an "Executive Producer." The film was already cast except for one perfect role Jeanette who gives key information to the Star Eric Roberts. Other credits: Location Manager, and Special Thanks.
My internationally-released feature film was premiered in Los Angeles on March 30, 2002 in the original Charlie Chaplin Theater. Our distributor Artist View Entertainment has been selling to many different countries at MIFED in Italy in October, AFM in Santa Monica in February, then at the Cannes Film Festival in May. Our domestic release was July 23rd at Hollywood, Blockbuster, 20/20 and various other independent local video stores.
Throughout the year, Barbara Eden made it possible for us to have great publicity in People Magazine March 11, 2002 issue due to her only son Matthew Ansara's tragic death. Entertainment Tonight along with 20/20 Downtown with Connie Chung carried this piece.
Our distributor will next be approaching the cable market: HBO, ShowTime, etc.
A deadly prison, Doscher State Correctional Facility, has the highest rate of inmate deaths in the United States. The Senator's grandson died in there and he wants to find out who caused his death. He seeks the help from another family who has been separated from their father and who is currently serving time at the prison. The Senator wants to find out what happened to his grandson and will release the father as a trade off. So it is up to John Woodrow to take his only chance to save his father, leading him on a dangerous mission. Officer Hopkins controls the prison where it is a world of no law and ruled by a ruthless guard. He seeks an important file from Jeanette who has a love interest in him, and the file discloses John Woodrow. Even in prison one man can make a difference.

Mayor Carlos Mayan’s primary campaign commercial for his second term in office airing on KWCH 12 and Fox News at 9.
I was the smart wife who believes he is the best candidate. My husband is clueless and I’m educating him.

"Gone Postal"

In this scene, my mother (Lee Meriwether) wants to place an ad to find a date for New Year’s Eve. She wants to get on with her life. I object because Dad just passed away only a year ago. I think she should wait. Things get out-of-control.

"What's Cooking"

What’s Cooking?
I co-hosted a live cooking show with host Glenda Robinson. A two camera shoot in her quaint kitchen where I cooked a tuna noodle casserole and a green bean vegetable dish. The show promoted eating healthy and economically for the City of San Bernardino and is aired once a week.

AFI:
Vasquez Rocks! What an incredible location that was chosen by Director Nicole Bolster. I was constantly reminiscing about all the movies that had been filmed here. I am the young girl who doesn’t want to climb the steep mountain but is led up there by the guy I’ve been seeing. This takes you back to the silent movie days where actions spoke louder than words.

"Nurse"

Nurse:
This was a three day shoot directed by Ira Englander, the director of Running Brave. These were health care videos targeting the elderly in nursing homes. I was the caring nurse who interacted with patients. I demonstrated many procedures with how to assist loved ones who were bedridden, had trouble walking and so forth.
